WHY WLTH
A planning-first firm for complex financial lives
WLTH Capital Management is a planning-first, fee-only firm helping a select group of clients bring clarity to complex financial lives through a fully integrated approach.
THE WLTH DIFFERENCE
WLTH was created to offer a more thoughtful alternative to traditional wealth management.
Too often, advice is fragmented, reactive, or driven by products instead of planning.
We believe clarity comes from coordination, where every decision is made within a broader strategy. But just as importantly, that strategy must be implemented, monitored, and adapted over time.
Our purpose is to help clients navigate complexity with clarity, supported by the systems, discipline, and infrastructure required to turn thoughtful planning into real-world outcomes.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Where most firms fall short, we do things differently

FAQ’s
What to expect when working with WLTH
Does WLTH Capital Management help with estate planning?
Yes, WLTH helps clients coordinate estate planning, though we do not draft legal documents ourselves. We work closely with estate planning attorneys to ensure a client’s trust, beneficiary designations, and overall estate strategy align with their broader financial plan.
Does WLTH offer socially responsible or values-based investing?
No, WLTH Capital Management does not offer socially responsible or values-based investing as a dedicated strategy. Our investment approach centers on strategic portfolio construction, fundamental research, and selective tactical positioning to pursue durable, long-term growth.
What is WLTH Capital Management’s investment philosophy?
WLTH Capital Management invests with a long-term perspective, but never on autopilot. Our approach combines strategic portfolio construction, fundamental research, and selective tactical positioning to pursue durable growth while managing risk.
What if I already have a financial advisor? Can I switch to WLTH?
Yes, many WLTH clients come to the firm during a transition, whether prompted by a life change or a decision to move on from a prior advisor. WLTH handles the transition process and walks each client through exactly what switching involves.
How often does WLTH meet with clients?
WLTH meets with clients annually, semi-annually, or quarterly, depending on the complexity of each client’s situation. We’re committed to keeping that schedule, so every meeting for the year ahead is pre-scheduled in advance rather than arranged on an ad hoc basis. We also run tax projections on a quarterly basis, or less frequently for simpler situations, and host a quarterly market insight webinar open to all clients.
What happens during a first meeting with WLTH Capital Management?
A first meeting with WLTH is a no-obligation conversation focused on understanding your goals and current financial situation, and determining whether our firm is the right fit for you. We’re upfront if we don’t believe we’re the right match.
Where are my investment assets held if I work with WLTH?
Client assets are held at independent, third-party custodians, Charles Schwab or Fidelity, not at WLTH directly. WLTH manages the accounts, but client funds are never held or controlled by our firm, adding an additional layer of security.
Does WLTH Capital Management earn commissions on investment or insurance products?
No, WLTH does not earn commissions, sales loads, or referral fees from any product provider. As a fee-only firm, our only compensation is the fee our clients pay us directly.
Will I know my fees upfront before becoming a client?
Yes, WLTH provides a clear, written breakdown of fees before you become a client, with no hidden costs or commissions layered on top of the stated fee.
How does WLTH Capital Management charge for its services?
WLTH Capital Management charges a transparent, asset-based fee for ongoing wealth management, subject to a $2,500 quarterly minimum. There are no commissions or product-based compensation of any kind.
Does WLTH coordinate with my CPA, attorney, or other advisors?
Yes, WLTH acts as a financial quarterback, coordinating with the other professionals in a client’s life, including CPAs, estate attorneys, and insurance agents, so that a client’s overall financial plan stays consistent rather than being managed in disconnected pieces.
Can WLTH help with a business sale, stock options, or an inheritance?
Yes, WLTH regularly advises clients through complex financial events such as selling a business, exercising stock options, or receiving an inheritance. These high-stakes, one-time decisions are exactly where an integrated planning approach adds the most value.
Where is WLTH Capital Management located, and do you work with clients outside Arizona?
WLTH Capital Management is located in Chandler, Arizona, and serves clients both locally and nationwide through virtual meetings. While many of our clients live in the Phoenix metro area, physical location is not a barrier to working with our firm.
Does WLTH provide tax preparation or tax planning?
WLTH provides tax planning and strategy as an integrated part of wealth management, though we do not file tax returns directly. We coordinate closely with each client’s CPA or tax preparer on filing, and can make an introduction for clients who don’t currently have one.
What financial planning services does WLTH Capital Management offer?
WLTH Capital Management offers integrated wealth management services, including investment management, retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning coordination, and insurance review. Rather than treating these as separate services, WLTH builds each client a single, coordinated plan around their goals.
Why does WLTH limit the number of clients per advisor?
WLTH intentionally caps the number of households each advisor serves so that every client receives an in-depth understanding of their full financial picture and genuine availability when questions or changes arise, rather than spreading advisor attention across an unlimited client base.
Does WLTH Capital Management have a minimum account size?
WLTH does not set a strict account minimum, but maintains a minimum quarterly fee of $2,500. This fee structure generally suits households with investable assets in the mid six figures and above.
What type of clients does WLTH work with?
WLTH works with individuals and families seeking an integrated, long-term approach to their finances, including pre-retirees, retirees, business owners, and high-net-worth households with complex tax and estate planning needs.
What is WLTH Capital Management?
WLTH Capital Management is a fee-only, independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) based in Chandler, Arizona, providing comprehensive wealth management to a select group of client households. Our services include investment management, tax planning, and estate planning, all coordinated into a single, integrated financial plan.
What is a fee-only financial advisor, and why does it matter?
A fee-only financial advisor is compensated solely by the fees clients pay directly, with no commissions, product sales, or referral fees from third parties. WLTH is a fee-only firm, which removes conflicts of interest and keeps our recommendations aligned with your best interest rather than a product sale.
Is WLTH Capital Management a fiduciary?
Yes, WLTH Capital Management is a fiduciary at all times. As a Registered Investment Advisor, we are legally required to put your interests ahead of our own in every recommendation we make, a higher standard than the suitability standard used by many brokers.
How long has WLTH Capital Management been in business?
WLTH Capital Management was founded in 2025 by Cean Kenefick-Rogers, who brings 19 years of experience building and running a wealth management practice prior to founding the firm.
What certifications do WLTH’s financial advisors hold?
WLTH’s advisors hold the CFP® (Certified Financial Planner), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), AIF® (Accredited Investment Fiduciary), and CPWA® (Certified Private Wealth Advisor) designations. These credentials represent advanced, ongoing training in financial planning, investment analysis, fiduciary duty, and high-net-worth wealth strategies.
